A Tampa native and charter captain, Capt. Bill has immersed himself in local and state history. Mentored by such angling legends as Capt. Bobby Buswell and Capt. Gene Turner, Bill intimately knows the true face of fishing and can discuss topics ranging from competition to conservation with endearing ease.
